NYA STÄLLEN DÄR NI HITTAR PRALINERNA

I slutet av 2023 önskade frisör salongen Magasinet i Mariestad, något extra till kunderna. Efersom det är en av finaste salonger jag känner, är det så roligt att mina praliner serveras åt deras kunder.

Idag har Krubb i Töreboda blivit nyaste stället där man hittar mina praliner. Ett ställe som är fokuserad på riktigt mathantverk passar ju perfekt att sälja handgjorda praliner med!

PINK OKTOBER

Oktober är här och det betyder att Rosa Bandets kampanjen har börjat igen. Tillsammans med er vill jag gärna göra något extra och nya kollektionen är en del av detta.

Vid varje ask som säljs, går 15% till Rosa Bandets kampanjen.

Jag har gjort 4 olika smakar:

Saltade brynt smör
Citron och lingon
Dubbel espresso och hasselnöt
Äppelpaj

It is almost time to find out who makes the best bonbon of the Netherlands! The Dutch Pastry Team organises this annual competition and I made it to the finals! This means I will compete together with 19 other talents for this title. Everybody has to use the same mould and everything else is up to the contestant. See you on the 7th of March in Gorinchem?

Alla hjärtansdag närmar sig och som vanlig, har jag gjort en kollektion som är perfekt at ge bort till dina nära och kära (eller ge till dig själv)

Kollektionen innehåller följande smakar:

Passionsfrukt kola
Hasselnöt, kola och mörk Maracaibo ganache
Porcini ganache met choklad från StandOut Chocolate, Mölndahl.
Röda vinbär och te-ganache med smak av citrus och röda bär
Vanilj- och brynt smör kola
Svart vinbär och mörk Maracaibo ganche

Kollektionen finns hos Lundstedts, Mariestad och hos Daisy's Place, Lyrestad. Den 8:e och 9:e februari kommer jag till Reko Skövde och Reko Mariestad.

SKYLTLÖRDAG/JULMARKNAD MARIESTAD

Saturday the 26th it is time for the annual Christmas market in Mariestad. This market is also known as Skyltlördag and this year I will be there as well!

Between 10:00 and 16:00 you can find me, together with many others, on Södra Esplanden in the city centre.

The 15th of oktober it was time again to join the annual competition for the best/prettiest/tastiest bonbon of the North. A fantastic line up of judges were at Kiviks Musteri to judge all the chocolates that were presented.

I made a bonbon with wild raspberry, coffee and hazelnuts together with Felchlins Madagaskar 64%-72h chocolate. From all 48 other participants, my bonbon was given the 5th place this year!

ADVENTKALENDER 2022

Nu finns möjligheten att beställa årets Adventkalender! 24 handgjorda praliner i 12 olika smakar. Jag använder som vanlig Fairtrade choklad och andra underbara råvaror.

Kalendern kostar 550sek/styck.

Avhämtning sker i veckan 47 i Lyrestad, hos REKO Mariestad eller REKO Skövde.

Jag gör ett begränsad antal och reserverar endast efter betalningen och efter ni fick en bekräftelse av betalningen.

Norrqvarn, a lovely place directly next to the Göta Canal outside Lyrestad.

With the new autumn menu comes new desserts. This time, my chocolates are one of the choices on that menu.

An exclusive flavour that is only available at Norrqvarn, yuzu and Iranian pistache. So book a table and never skip dessert!
